Payments are always different based on diagnosis, treatments, procedures, lab and diagnostic testing, and staff involved.

It is absurd to think that doctors would falsify a diagnosis or unnecessarily put someone on a ventilator just to get a higher payment. It misleads their coworkers, uses up valuable ventilators and sedatives that are already in short supply, and most importantly would create a legal record of a patient not being treated properly for their illness which opens the door for malpractice and liability suits.
