He wants himself, his staff, his players to EARN everything they're given. That's the mission. "I don't want a free suit". I bet if you ask the majority of his players, they'd agree he was there for them, the people, and their families. If you want to say he doesn't have loyalty to the school, that's fine. It's the people that matter anyway. That's the entity that matters to him. I've said on here before and I'll say it again, I'd want my child play for Buzz or Dabo hands down over any other coach I've listened to.
