Just one note, a 16/4 channel modem isn't good enough for Gb


(gigabit) service if that's something you were interested in. It's limited to ~600* Mbps download. The upload is also limited to around ~100* Mbps.

My guess is you don't care about this, but I throw it out there just in case you do (or to keep you from buying a plan your equipment doesn't support).

Edit: * the numbers above are the theoretical, the actual limits are a good bit below that (if I had to guess, on the order of 400/75, but there's too many other variables and I'm not a docsis expert) but I don't know the numbers.
