In Hong Kong which I'm sure will be summarily dismissed by some here , because it has the words China and WHO within. But it isn't the only one.
Why be skeptical? I mean sure we can argue how much it helps but to me it defies common sense to say it isn't helpful. Id rather be on a bus full of people wearing masks as opposed to a bus full of people taking antimalarial drugs , but that's me.
