Vt is not a regional sw va school but an national academic and r&d school. Vt will not allow any of ifs program be hanging with sec schools

Vt more like penn state big ten school or Cornell mit Purdue cal Davis . Look at all vre focus on linking to dc area . It’s where the money is . We need staff that can recruit in major metropolitan areas
