would have much more confirmed cases then we do. people are out and about, go to wally world or lowes or other hardware stores, people are out in parks and just out getting gas and stuff. People are exposed all th time. Or think about the cruise ship outbreaks, not everyone on the boat got infected. Heck that one older lady that was on a cruise got it (not badly) and her husband never even contracted it.
