Let's skip the boring OOC and random league games. Let's just see the games we want to see, and do that all without having to travel extensively. The college football season is largely just a formality anyway, so Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State, and one other SEC and/or good Notre Dame team can compete for a championship. Just play a shortened one month schedule of just rivalry-type (regional) games and call it a day.

This doesn't help the economy or budget of the schools, but it is a little safer and would be a fun month....
