same thing in a way. This would have the same impact IF your problem was overall water pressure. Your problem could also be something impeding water flow in your pipes. This might mask that issue, but it wouldn’t necessarily fix it. You could also try opening up all of your faucets full blast for a few minutes and seeing if you can dislodge something that is built up in the pipes. If none of those work... amputate.
