Ditch the gym and go walk / jog / run outside in a safe area
I managed a gym for 8 years and did my workouts outside. Fresh air while working out is superior to anything inside. I don't life weights so I could achieve anything I wanted outside of my gym.
A few years ago, we had to ban the air restrictive masks because of people passing out due to lack of oxygen.
