Even if the IFR for 18-24 year old is .1%, that's way too risky for CFB
130 teams, roughly 100 players on each one comes to 13,000 FBS players (not counting FCS and below). At .1% IFR that's 13 deaths and dozens of hospitalizations.
I know college football players are in great shape, but they carry a ton of mass which strains the bodies systems, of which this virus damages many. As much was we want to think these kids are in the same shape as the pros, they're not in many cases especially after an off-season of no coordinated conditioning.
