Yes, it was my family's annual summer vacation for 4 or 5 years...but I was

too young to remember it any more than vaguely. I think the last time we went, I was either 5 or 6. First time I went as a 5 month old.

As said, vague memories of motels with palm tree logos, maybe a block away from the actual beach. Sitting on dad's lap later in the evening trying to suppress yawns so I wouldn't be sent to bed yet. Playing in the sand, going in the ocean some, and the drive to and from OC.
