To make sure they had enough on everyone. Give the number of girls, the number of properties, employees, etc and the number of rumored famous people involved is they wanted a bullet proof case with as many charges as possible. If they are going to go after his celebrity buds I am sure they want as much leverage as possible on the folks they arrested. It will be disturbing to find out how many girls are involved around the world.
