So we should build lots of labs that would sit idle for most of the rest of
the time? Don't lab techs that are doing the testing have to be trained to do that job, the plumber off the street is prob not going to be able to do that job.
Our testing capabilities are not insufficient, the reality is there is a limit to the amount of tests that can be done due to the materials involved and the humans to be able to get the results at the lab. It was suggested on this board that greatly increased testing would solve our issues, it appears that theory was false
