Anyone here have experience with Morton's Neuroma?

I have not had a doctor's diagnosis yet, but this sure does describe my symptoms in my left foot. It started about three weeks ago. FWIW, I have virtually no arch in this foot and usually trail walk about 10-12 miles each week for exercise. Thinking about getting a pair of hiking sandals something like these Ecco Yucatans.
