Get in the habit of getting a physical. If you work out and eat->


right, the LEAST you can do is see a good doc once a year. It establishes a baseline...THEN, if something changes you can likely do something yourself to get back on track...

Nothing macho about skipping physical...I know a couple of horror stories, we all do...Can't fix what you don't find. I was scared straight from something happening to a friend of a friend...easy fix if he had known...
