Had a buddy I worked with who had lasic with one eye far and one->.

eye near.....He SWORE by it. I kidded him and asked if he didn't just walk around in a circle and fall down..He told me for a day or two, he'd subtly, consciously cock his head one way or the other (very slightly) depending on far or near..After that, he said he couldn't TELL you which eye was doing what..

I think I would opt for that if I ever get it done. The allure of NOT having to carry glasses at all would do it for me..I know this is cataracts, but a new lens is a new lens..Interesting decision. All the best to you!..

Have another buddy who wears one contact lens. He needs help reading but his distance is fine..HE said he can't tell which eye doing what.
