I think this works the best.

UVA and VT have been adding many games with ODU and Liberty lately. I know that the UVA coaches and AD like these options for not so involved travel and they count as FBS games. We had been doing UR and William & Mary also, but with ODU and Liberty now FBS we may cut down on the FCS games.

So if we go to 7 conference games we'll then probably make use of these options for games.
