Once you get past the elite, NFL WRs are a dime a dozen

And there are even more who are just a hair below that physically or athletically - or just haven't gotten lucky.

It's like guys who may be great AAA players, but can't hit a big league curve. I always thought Cam Phillips would have the most NFL success of that VT receiving corps, but it appears he may be (or is perceived as being) in that group of guys who can't hit the curve.
