Hokie Pro Golf - Week 31


A little less busy for the WGC week, but no less important.

Scott Vincent is playing on the European Tour's Hero Open at the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel & Country Club, Birmingham, England. He is T63 after round 1. Vincent is #204 on the Road to Dubai entering the tournament.

Both Brenden de Jonge and Johnson Wagner are playing in the opposite field event Barracuda Championship in Truckee, CA at the Tahoe Mtn. Club. This is a new course for this event, leaving the Montreaux Golf and Country Club where it had previously been held. de Jonge is 249 and Wagner is 223 in the FedEx Cup going into this week.

Joey Lane is the only Korn Ferry Hokie to travel to Omaha, NE for the Pinnacle Bank Championship. The event is being held at the The Club at Indian Creek. He is looking to make his first cut in his third attempt at this weeks event.
