Wish he had left and not thrown darts on the way out. I’ve learned in 27 years of work you don’t burn bridges when you lose a client, change jobs or move on. You just thank everyone and everybody leaves it at that.
There was no need for drama here from either side. It’s a free country. We all get to make our own decisions. We may regret some of these decisions but that’s how we learn (hopefully).
