Funny you should say that ...


we had flood damage in June and as I type this the entire main level of my house is being repainted. All new wood flooring getting installed at the end of the month and we completely updated the basement last winter. Need to do some work in the master bedroom and bath before we retire/sell but the rest of the house will be in great shape.
