How do you determine if he had "NFL potential" in the first place?


We've seen players who have phreakish physical ability, but can't get the mental aspect, or they're just lazy.

That would be very interesting legal arguments coming out of that case. One would wonder if the school would fight it, or if they roll over and surrender?
