Our inability to extract emotion out of a fact and science-based equation is astounding. Adults jumping on the bandwagon of politicizing a pandemic - which has willfully had no centralized plan to control it - because our fall football may not happen is immature and dangerous. Arguments via false equivalencies exposes the poor attempt. Not only is this a deadly virus, it is unveiling long term effects on both the cardiovascular and neurological systems. That data is public. Upset adults not seeing football games is superseding the endangerment of health and life. Get this under control, and we can live our lives again.
Final point: Season ticket holder since 1990, alum, 7 straight season streak without missing home or away game including bowls. VT football is a prominent part of my life.
