A couple of things. (I have exact same).


If it's new siding, paint is supposed to be brushed. Not sprayed. Mine was sprayed and it didn't last as long as it should have. So I had the next painter brush, just to be safe.

If you're re-painting, I don't know why you would need primer.

Mine was built in 1999. I wish they had Hardieplank trim. soffit, etc. then, but they didn't.
