What helped me (and I wasn’t looking for it)
was when I started intermittent fasting. Lost a bunch of weight BUT the *side effects* or benefits I didn’t know would happen was that I would have a TON more energy and slept MUCH better at night.
I used to get up sometimes 5 times a night to pee. Now I often sleep through the night and sometimes I do get up once. My sleep is more productive now.
I know you weren’t asking but I thought I’d chime in.
