Others not mentioned

- Burpee Broad Jumps (do a burpee and then jump)
- Walking lunges (plyo lunges if your up to them)
- Air Squats
- Pulse Squats
- Bear Crawl
- Hand Release Pushup (go all the way to the ground and lift your hands a tad off the ground and then push yourself up) This ensures a full range of motion on the push-up and you start from a dead stop every time.
- Hand Stand Hold (just throw your legs up on a wall and hold)

String these and what others have suggested for 20 to 25 minutes and you can create quite a work out. For example:

Repeat 5 times
- 5 Pull Ups
- 10 Hand Release Push Ups
- 15 Air Squats
- 20 Yards Burpee Broad Jump
- 25 Yards Bear Crawl
- 30 Seconds of Jumping Rope

Or Something like:

Complete in any order or sequence you want
- 25 Pull Ups
- 50 Jump Ups (to a box or chair like someone suggested; be sure to stand all the way up on the chair)
- 100 Push Ups
- 200 Mtn Climbers (each leg is one count)
(oh, I forgot -- every minute on the minute you have to do 3 burpees, and that includes starting with 3 burpees. So every minute you stop what you are doing and do 3 burpees and then you pick back up where you left off.)
