Banks are landlords. Neighbor's house was foreclosed 2 yes ago. New renter


reminds me of the movie Pacific Heights. He's ruined the corner of our nice quiet part of the 'hood.

I was told his employer (local Roto Rooter franchisee ) bought the place. I looked up the owner to bitch about his tenant, and it's still owned by a bank in Georgia. We can't get the people to act like neighbors.
