Distance to the left of diagonal line means you outperformed your recruits- to the right you underperformed. BTW- Alabama doesn’t have impressive results- what you’d expect with their recruits. At the time UVA had some of the worst results & BYU among the best-hence why some Hoos fans were excited with hiring Bronco. Data published 2014- Memphis didn’t look good but suspect too little data to comment on Coach FU
