Its always interesting to see where guys end up...


It seems the ex players we think are made for coaching, a player like Brian Randall for example. Never really give coaching a shot. I still think some of them should have given it a good look. With that said if i was ever a coach. Zero chance i would want be a P5 head coach. If i were it would have to be more about the kids and helping young men reach their goals. Certainly not for the love of fans, because well. We're shareholders basically. At the end of the day we really only care about results. I honestly question if we even really care about the players that dont meet expectations. Of course we want them to graduate and remain injury free, but a bad performance generally means we want the next man up. I suppose its life in general, but the leashes in P5 conferences seem shorter than in most industries....depending on which school you're at.
