Is VT strapped overall???


VT lost the dean of Science to Arizona State to a similar position. Im sure the pay was quite a bit higher.

Like athletics, universities are bidding for the best and the brightest and VT has to respond or be left behind.

If you want to be top of the mountain, you have to make sure you have the $$$ to stay there.
