@F4EHokie , I know you have a place on SML plus you used to have a place at

Bernard's Landing, so I have a question for you.

The folks in BLD 9 (Sailors Cove) are being told that they are in the flood zone. It seems that it is only by a few inches. Did you build your house knowing what you elevation should be? Maybe that's a stupid question, but it seems to me that when BL was built, they would not have put buildings in the flood zone. Maybe someone made a mistake.

Just curious if you have any thoughts on this. My sister and husband have a place there.
