How would that be? The dam hasn't been raised. And the high level that

just recently occurred was the worst if not the most in years. And the water did not get anywhere close to the building. I would say that the building is at least 20 feet above dam level. I'll put it this way. The dam will breach before the water gets that high. Maybe. : )
