won't start. I didn't have to use it at all last winter so the carb is probably gunked up. I ran it out of gas at the end of the season two years ago after adding fuel stabilizer but forgot to drain the float bowl. New carb is on the way from Amazon. At $18 it ain't worth trying to rebuild the old one. Long forgotten mechanical skills coming into play.
