I owning two of those stores. Nightmare business. Try telling someone who

paid big bucks to overnight a package that it didn't arrive overnight because of weather at the air hub and there's no refund. One thing I heard all Christmas was "but the shipping costs more than the gift". Was tempted but never said "Then you should buy better gifts".. UPS Store ownership wrecked Christmas for me. Very glad to be rid of them
