TV/Soundbar question. I have a 60" Vizio 2015 model and a 2019 model

Samsung Sound bar. What is the easiest way to get these to work together. I tried HDMI and got no sound coming out. I am going to attempt that again tomorrow. Only other option I can think of is the optical cable route.

Had same prob. - different mfrs. Ended up using headphone jack -- LaneRat 01/03/2021 1:46PM
