postponements happen in the future, and the 1 or 2 teams not affected by Covid are available AND willing to play.

I say 1 team having a game bumped is all that is needed as we know during each weekend or weekday stretch, at least 1 other ACC team has an automatic BYE given the uneven # of teams to make a new game (potential makeup of a prior postponed) possible.

Other than that, each ACC team is fully booked until the ACC tournament and unless that gets moved out to a later date, many of these games can't happen unless future games get "postponed" as well.

And we all know that is just as likely.
