some fans think VT women basketball, needed just a tweet by a coach and bam. IT was in bad shape. There was not a culture to excel.. The previous coaches just didnt have what it takes.

Coach is getting there, with his kids and culture, he appears to be a coach that lets him play through their mistakes. this allows communication of confidence, not just a tactical emotion response for a bad game or good game......

I'm rooting for him and his staff... I think its getting there.
