This has been one of the best threads on this board in years . Ashburn Farm Hokie and Will as well as others have some great stories. We need more of these kinds of posts. Speaking of small world when I was a freshman at VT we had quite the rowdy hall on first floor Vawter. This was in the mid seventies. It was mostly ex athletes who had been injured and were sent to Vawter to get away from Hillcrest. Because of our penchant for not following rules and causing destruction to the dorm they brought in a top notch RA to control us . He was no other than Ashburn Farm Hokie ! He did his best with us . Great guy and we actually did behave better because we respected him .
