Big, step change improvements are hard mid-season......

So, I'm looking for more incremental improvement......

1. More consistent performance from Alleyne (when playing well, he's currently the most complete backcourt player Tech has).

2. More of Mutts playing "within his game." He's a high energy player, so he'll make some mistakes of "trying to hard." A little of that is okay, but not a lot. Also - less (not zero), but less 3-pointers.

3. Pemsl or Ojiako getting healthy enough to help N'Guessan spell Mutts and Aluma, so those guys don't have to play 35 minutes a game. I'm much more comfortable with a least a four man post rotation. Also, that allows MY to play Radford at the four when he wants to, not because he has to.

Lots of people are clamoring for more Cattoor minutes at point. That needs to be managed (as MY is doing now). Cattoor's offensive efficiency clearly goes down when he's not playing wing. Also, I think he will still go through some growing pains when playing point against teams that generate a lot of ball pressure (i.e. Louisville). That said, he'll do very well vs. teams that don't (i.e. ND).
