I don't think the problem is leadership as much as it is expectations..


Coach KB needs to learn the same lesson that Buzz did before he left.you are not going to win consistently in this league unless you can play defense and take care of the basketball. The girls defense is atrocious at times. Very little help inside, swat at the ball being shot and never block out. Offensively, we are a terrible passing team and continue to force things inside with no easy outlet for Kittley if she's double teamed. This team needs to go back to basics. If you can't play defense and/or turn the ball over you don't play.
