I just don't buy this.


Buffalo cut the lead to 17 and went for two. They missed, so it was still a three score game. If they converted, they were down 15, and still need to convert a two point conversion.

I just don't see how making it a two score game in this scenario is ever incorrect. Yes, you are deferring the need for two point conversions, but you are also reducing the number of scores needed to stay in the game.
