IMHO The individual matchups aren’t that relevant

But I still don’t think we match up well with UVA. Here is why.

I think we will get very few points inside. Huff is so long and we don’t have someone to muscle him.

I think the best way to attack Virginia is to have your alpha offensive player drive and kick. We don’t have an alpha offensive player.

So to score we are going to have to move the ball really well and make perimeter shots. We haven’t typically done that well against UVA.

Huff is going to get his points on offensive rebounds and a few jump shots.

Clark is going to get a few buckets and set up a few more.

We have to stay on Hauser. I would put a perimeter player on him, not Mutts. He’s very crafty at moving off the ball to find open spaces.

Our only chance is to limit their wings from scoring. Have to shut down Beekman, Murphy, and Moresell. But they were very, very good in their last two games against good teams.

The good news is that we guard the perimeter pretty well. And they probably won’t shoot nearly as well in our barn as they did in Charlottesville.

UVA looked like a top-five team their last two games in Charlottesville. I really don’t like this matchup. We have to keep it close early and keep their shooting percentage low and execute really well on offense. Pray for some Cassell karma.
