Good luck 'lag. Hopefully it's just a pandemic related screw-up, and your


paperwork is sitting on someone's in person desk while he/she's been working from home the past several months. I think incoming checks get cashed right away, while the accompanying paperwork gets filed into the "system", so just because the check was cashed doesn't mean the rest of the paperwork landed in the right spot. It's kinda screwed up that we can file the initial 1040 electronically, but amendments have to be submitted on paper.
