Was that shortly after refusing the breath test or later in booking?


Reporting today is pretty bad... original report states: Springsteen refused to provide a preliminary breath test sample, and fared poorly when asked to perform a “walk and turn” test, the statement read. When asked to take 18 steps, Springsteen took more than double that number — stopping after 45 steps, the document reported.

So did he take test on site or test later? I don't care and not searching but there is always more to every story.
