Of course, broken bat singles are rare in BB, but happen all the time with aluminum bats, but the bats don't break, if that makes sense. Ballplayers know what I'm talking about, and homerun totals would reduce by 30% if you used wood bats in college games. We will never go back to the "old days", so look for even longer games. We must have 50+ kids in uniform at home games, maybe Coach wants to use as many pitchers as possible just to get them experience.
