Get rid of divisions

Last year the ACC "disbanded its two seven-team divisions, a move some conference leaders would like to make permanent", according to Phillips. Maybe he agrees with them.

If he can pull that off, then we could have one division and play nine games every year. Then teams could either have a permanent rival (or two) or not.
