Admittedly I'm old school, but I have said all along that this started.....

back when players were allowed to transfer when there was a coach's change. To me you sign with a school, not a specific coach. You get a free education, usually elite treatment on campus and a once in a lifetime experience. If you want to play pro: then go try out. College is about the school, community and a lifetime of loyalty and memories. ESPN has changed the conference alignments and increased the amounts of money involved in college sports to the point that the money drives the decisions not historical college/amateur sports principals. Free agency and the insane amounts of money made professional athletes has resulted in me watching far less sports than in the past. I still love college sports, hope it's not ruined too.
