I think he would have

I think he would have won. His time at ACC championships would have finished 3rd. So say he finishes 3rd. Doesn’t change my point. He knew he false started so didn’t care on the swim. It was obvious he false started. No idea why anyone cares about his time

Personally I think he would have won it.

Let’s revisit this discussion next year when he wins it
