How long a game lasts is not the issue, the pace of play is


the things that make a game unwatchable are things that can be easily legislated...

Call the strike zone (not as much a problem in college as MLB where some umps bring the game to a crawl because of their tiny zones)

Batters need to stay in the box

Reviews need to focus on the supposed intent, ensure the obvious miss is corrected. 10 secs to review, if it can't be determined in that amount of time, it's too close to overturn, stands as called

More controversial, I like the 3 batters or the end of an inning rule for relief pitchers

I also like the pitch clock, for most pitchers it is not an issue, for the few that are a problem, get over it. This new thing in college of checking the wrist band every pitch needs to be gone, that slows the pace of the game down.
