Agree you don't have to change it, just correct a couple things


keeping batters in the box is not a change and would go further than anything to improving the pace IMO. Replay is a change already, either speed it up or get rid of it, more damage to the integrity of the game is done by missed ball/strike calls than the occasional missed call on the bases, I consider it doing more harm than good at this point.

The pitching change debate is more grey in my mind. While I hate the idea of interfering with the game decisions, something has to change. Forty min innings with three baserunners are too commonplace at this point and that is one of the roots of the issue (no issue with a 40 min inning with 10 hits, that is action). I like the 3 batter or end of an inning rule.

The mound visit restrictions seem to be a case of doing something even if it has no value (mound visits would be reduced if they weren't stalling to get the next pitcher ready all the time).
